DEPARTMENT FOR THE DEAF AND HARD-OF-HEARING CONTINUED (§ 51.5-108)

The Department for the Deaf and Hard-of-Hearing is continued. The Department
shall be in the executive branch of the state government and shall be assigned
to the Secretary of Health and Human Resources.
