CODE OF VIRGINIA

ORGANIZATION OF BOARD; ANNUAL REPORT (§ 53.1-107)

The regional jail or jail farm board shall elect a chairman and secretary.The
board shall submit annually to the participating political subdivisions a report
showing its activities; a budget, which shall include all revenues, expenditures
and employee compensation schedules; and other similar data.
