CODE OF VIRGINIA

TRANSPORTATION OF PRISONERS TO JAIL OR JAIL FARM (§ 53.1-113)

Except as provided in § 53.1-114, each political subdivision participating in a
jail or jail farm shall bear the cost of transporting its prisoners to and from
the jail or jail farm.
