CODE OF VIRGINIA

REIMBURSEMENT OF COSTS (§ 53.1-114)

Counties and cities or any combination thereof operating a regional jail or jail
farm shall be paid the reasonable cost of maintaining the facility as provided
for in § 53.1-85.
