CODE OF VIRGINIA

DIVISION INTO PROBATION AND PAROLE DISTRICTS (§ 53.1-141)

The Director of the Department shall divide the Commonwealth into as many
separate probation and parole districts as he deems necessary to carry out the
purposes of this article. The Director may change the area embraced in any
probation and parole district to conform to conditions and demands as they
arise.
