CODE OF VIRGINIA

GOVERNOR TO EXECUTE COMPACT (§ 53.1-166)

The Governor is authorized and directed to execute a compact governing the
out-of-state supervision of parolees on behalf of the Commonwealth of Virginia
with any state or states of the United States legally joining therein.
