DESIGNATION OF CENTRAL ADMINISTRATOR AND INFORMATION AGENT (§ 53.1-215)

The Attorney General is hereby authorized and empowered to designate the
officers who shall serve as central administrator of and information agent for
the Agreement on Detainers pursuant to the provisions of Article VII of the
agreement.
