CODE OF VIRGINIA

AUTHORITY OF DIRECTOR (§ 53.1-217)

The Director is authorized and directed to do all things necessary and
incidental to the carrying out of the compact in every particular. He may in his
discretion delegate this authority to some other appropriate official.
