CODE OF VIRGINIA

CORRESPONDENCE PRIVILEGES; RECEIPT OF PUBLICATIONS (§ 53.1-35)

The Director is authorized to prescribe reasonable rules regarding
correspondence privileges and the receipt of books, newspapers and periodicals
by prisoners within state correctional facilities.
