CODE OF VIRGINIA

PRISONERS MAY ASSIST IN MEDICAL RESEARCH PROGRAMS (§ 53.1-36)

Subject to the provisions of Chapter 5.1 (§ 32.1-162.16 et seq.) of Title 32.1,
the Director may permit such prisoners as may volunteer to undergo experimental
treatment or tests in state or federal medical research programs.
