CODE OF VIRGINIA

REGISTER OF APPLICANTS (§ 54.1-1104)

The Director shall keep a register of all applicants showing their date of
application, name, qualifications, place of business, place of residence, and
whether such application was approved or refused. The books and register of the
Board shall be prima facie evidence of all matters recorded therein.
