CODE OF VIRGINIA

APPROVAL OF SCHOOLS TO TEACH COURSES OF INSTRUCTION (§ 54.1-1803)

The Director shall promulgate regulations for the approval of schools in which
courses of instruction for polygraph examiners and persons who operate other
detection devices approved pursuant to § 54.1-1805 are taught.
