PARTICIPATION BY BOARD IN PROCEEDINGS (§ 54.1-2117)

Upon service of the complaint as provided in subdivision B 1 of § 54.1-2114,
the Board, the Director, or duly authorized representatives of the Board shall
then have the right to request leave of court to intervene.
