VARIATION BY AGREEMENT (§ 54.1-2354)

Except as expressly provided in this chapter, provisions of this chapter may not
be varied by agreement, and rights conferred by this chapter may not be waived.
All management agreements entered into by common interest community managers
shall comply with the terms of this chapter and the provisions of Chapter 4.2
(§ 55-79.39 et seq.), 21 (§ 55-360 et seq.), 24 (§ 55-424 et seq.), or 26 (§
55-508 et seq.) of Title 55, as applicable.
