PRACTICE PENDING APPEAL (§ 54.1-2408.3)

Any practitioner or entity whose license, certificate, registration, or permit
is suspended or revoked by a health regulatory board of the Department of Health
Professions shall not engage in practice in the Commonwealth pending appeal of
the board’s order.
