CODE OF VIRGINIA

APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR (§ 54.1-2504)

The Director of the Department of Health Professions shall be appointed by the
Governor, subject to confirmation by the General Assembly, to serve at the
pleasure of the Governor.
