CODE OF VIRGINIA

LICENSING AUTHORITY (§ 54.1-2804)

The Board of Funeral Directors and Embalmers is authorized to determine the
qualifications to enable any person to engage in the practice of funeral
service, preneed funeral planning, funeral directing, embalming and the
operation of a funeral service establishment.
