CODE OF VIRGINIA UNLAWFUL TO PRACTICE WITHOUT LICENSE (§ 54.1-2902) It shall be unlawful for any person to practice medicine, osteopathic medicine, chiropractic, podiatry, or as a physician’s or podiatrist’s assistant in the Commonwealth without a valid unrevoked license issued by the Board of Medicine.
