DEPARTMENT CONTINUED; APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTOR (§ 54.1-301)

The Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation within the executive
branch is hereby continued. The Department shall be headed by a Director who
shall be appointed by the Governor, subject to confirmation by the General
Assembly, to serve at the pleasure of the Governor for a term coincident with
that of the Governor.
