CODE OF VIRGINIA

SEAL; EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR (§ 54.1-3210)

The Board shall adopt a seal of which the executive director shall have the
custody. The executive director shall keep a record of all proceedings of the
Board, which shall be open to the public for inspection.
