CODE OF VIRGINIA

REVOCATION OF PERMIT ISSUED TO MANUFACTURER, WHOLESALER OR DISTRIBUTOR (§
54.1-3429)

The Board may revoke a permit issued to a manufacturer, wholesaler or
distributor for failure to comply with regulations promulgated pursuant to the
provisions of this chapter.
