DISPLAY OF PERMIT; PERMITS NONTRANSFERABLE; RENEWAL (§ 54.1-3430)

Permits issued under the provisions of this chapter shall be displayed in a
conspicuous place in the factory or other place of business for which
issued.Permits shall not be transferable and shall be renewed annually.
