CODE OF VIRGINIA

ARTICLE INAPPLICABLE TO CERTAIN PERSONS (§ 54.1-3472)

The provisions of this article shall not apply to legitimate distribution by or
possession of controlled paraphernalia by physicians, dentists, podiatrists,
veterinarians, funeral directors and embalmers.
