MEMORANDUM TO BE GIVEN PLEDGOR; FEE; LOST TICKET CHARGE (§ 54.1-4004)

Every pawnbroker shall at the time of each loan deliver to the person pawning or
pledging anything, a memorandum or note, signed by him, containing the
information required by § 54.1-4009. A lost-ticket fee of five dollars may be
charged, provided that the pawner is notified of the fee on the ticket.
