CODE OF VIRGINIA

LICENSE REQUIRED FOR SCHOOLS OF BARBERING, COSMETOLOGY, NAIL CARE, WAXING,
TATTOOING, BODY-PIERCING, OR ESTHETICS (§ 54.1-704.2)

Except as provided in § 54.1-701, no person, firm or corporation shall operate
or attempt to operate a school of barbering, cosmetology, nail care, waxing,
tattooing, body-piercing, or esthetics unless licensed by the Board pursuant to
its regulations.
