CODE OF VIRGINIA

UNIFORMITY OF APPLICATION AND CONSTRUCTION (§ 55-12.6)

Sections 55-12.1 through 55-12.6 shall be applied and construed to effectuate
their general purpose to make the law uniform with respect to the rule against
perpetuities among states enacting it.
