NO ACTION TO BE BROUGHT AGAINST STATE CORPORATION COMMISSION OR ITS STAFF (§
55-142.9)

No action shall be brought against the State Corporation Commission or any
member of the staff thereof claiming damage for alleged errors or omissions in
the performance of the duties herein imposed on the said State Corporation
Commission.
