CODE OF VIRGINIA

RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE STATE TREASURER (§ 55-200.1)

The State Treasurer shall adopt any necessary rules and regulations in
accordance with the Administrative Process Act (§ 2.2-4000 et seq.) to carry
out the provisions of this chapter.
