SECURITY SYSTEMS FOR COMMERCIAL RENTAL PROPERTY (§ 55-226.1)

No landlord of a premises demised for commercial or business purposes shall
unreasonably withhold or delay consent for the tenant to install anticrime
warning devices or security systems within the demised premises.
