CODE OF VIRGINIA

VIRGINIA POLYTECHNIC INSTITUTE AND STATE UNIVERSITY DESIGNATED AS ADMINISTRATIVE
AGENCY (§ 55-297)

The Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University is herewith designated
as the authorized state agency to collect and distribute information, to
authorize such modifications as are referred to in § 55-294, and generally to
advise with and assist appropriate state and federal agencies and individuals
interested in the development of the provisions of this chapter.
