EFFECT OF SUCH LAW ON CERTAIN FENCES (§ 55-311)

Such declaration shall not be construed as applying and shall not apply to
relieve the adjoining landowners from making and maintaining their division
fences, as defined by § 55-299, but as to such division fences, §§ 55-317 to
55-322, inclusive, shall be applicable.
