TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP (§ 55-341)

It shall be unlawful for the developer to transfer fee simple ownership of lots
or parcels within a subdivision to a lot purchaser by any other means than by a
general or special warranty deed or other deed complying with Title 55, Chapter
4 (§ 55-48 et seq.).
