CODE OF VIRGINIA

UNIFORMITY OF APPLICATION AND CONSTRUCTION (§ 55-433)

This chapter shall be applied and construed so as to effectuate its general
purpose to make uniform the law with respect to cooperatives in this
Commonwealth.
