HOW ESTATE OF A MARRIED WOMAN TO PASS AT DEATH (§ 55-46)

When a married woman, having title to any estate, dies intestate, as to such
estate, or any part thereof, it, or such part, shall pass according to the
provisions of Chapter 2 (§ 64.2-200 et seq.) of Title 64.2, subject to her
debts.
