CODE OF VIRGINIA

TANGIBLE PERSONAL PROPERTY (§ 55-47.1)

No presumption of ownership of tangible personal property shall arise by
operation of law to prefer one spouse of a marriage over the other if such
presumption is based solely on the sex of the spouse.
