CODE OF VIRGINIA

FEES CREDITED TO SPECIAL FUND; EXPENDITURE (§ 55-79.31)

All fees collected under this chapter shall be remitted by the Board to the
Treasurer of this Commonwealth, and shall be placed to the credit of the special
fund of the Real Estate Board, which is hereby established and shall be expended
solely for compliance with the provisions of this chapter.
