DEEDS OF INDIVIDUAL APARTMENTS (§ 55-79.8)

The deed of each individual apartment shall express the particulars prescribed
under (a) and (b) of § 55-79.7 relative to the apartments concerned and shall
also express all encumbrances thereon.
