DECLARANT TO DELIVER DECLARATION, ETC., TO PURCHASER (§ 55-79.96)

The declarant shall within ten days of recordation of the condominium
instruments as provided for in §§ 55-79.45 and 55-79.49 hereof, forward to
each purchaser at his last known address by first-class mail, return receipt
requested, an exact copy of the recorded declaration and bylaws.
