CONSTRUCTION OF CHAPTER; CONFLICTING LAWS (§ 56-534)

This chapter is to be liberally construed, and any provisions of other laws in
conflict with the provisions of this chapter shall not apply to small
investor-owned telephone utilities operating hereunder.
