CODE OF VIRGINIA

APPLICATION OF ANTITRUST LAWS (§ 56-591)

Nothing in this chapter shall be construed to exempt or immunize from punishment
or prosecution, conduct violative of federal antitrust laws, or the antitrust
laws of this Commonwealth.
