CODE OF VIRGINIA

COMMON LAW, ETC., REMEDIES NOT ALTERED OR ABRIDGED (§ 56-7)

Nothing contained in this title shall in any way abridge or alter existing
remedies at common law or under any other statute, but the new remedies given
shall be deemed to be in addition to those already existing.
