CODE OF VIRGINIA

PERSONAL PROPERTY BOOK NOT TO BE ALTERED AFTER DELIVERY TO TREASURER (§
58.1-3119)

After the commissioner of the revenue has delivered a copy of his personal
property book to the county or city treasurer, no alteration shall be made
therein which affects the taxes or levies of that year.
