CODE OF VIRGINIA

CITY CHARTERS NOT AFFECTED BY PARTICULAR PROVISIONS (§ 58.1-3148)

Nothing contained in this chapter in conflict with any special provision of the
charter of any city, dealing specifically with the subject, shall be construed
to supercede or repeal such provision.
