NO LIABILITY FOR LOSS OF FUNDS DEPOSITED IN ACCORDANCE WITH ARTICLE (§
58.1-3163)

No treasurer shall be held liable for any loss of public money, deposited as
provided by this article, due to the default, failure or insolvency of a
depository.
