ARTICLE NOT IN CONFLICT WITH REQUIREMENTS FOR PREPARATION AND USE OF TRUE VALUES
(§ 58.1-3244)

Nothing in this article shall be construed to be in conflict with the
requirements for preparation and use of true values where prescribed by the
General Assembly for use in any fund distribution formula.
