CODE OF VIRGINIA

CITY MAY ELECT TO PROVIDE FOR BOARD OF EQUALIZATION (§ 58.1-3373.1)

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the City of Richmond may by
ordinance elect to provide for a board of equalization or permanent board of
equalization as provided in this article instead of a board of review.
