CODE OF VIRGINIA

VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENTS AND VOLUNTEER EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES AGENCIES (§
58.1-3610)

Volunteer fire departments and volunteer emergency medical services agencies
that operate exclusively for the benefit of the general public without charge
are hereby classified as charitable organizations.
