SECTION 58.1-3984 NOT APPLICABLE TO APPLICATIONS FOR CORRECTION OF ASSESSMENTS
FOR LOCAL IMPROVEMENTS (§ 58.1-3985)

Section 58.1-3984 shall not apply to applications for correction of assessments
for local improvements provided for in Article 2 (§ 15.2-2404 et seq.) of
Chapter 24 of Title 15.2 of this Code or the charter of any city or town.
