METHOD OF PAYMENT FOR PURCHASE OF TICKETS OR SHARES (§ 58.1-4014.1)

Lottery sales agents licensed in accordance with this chapter shall accept only
cash or debit cards in payment for the purchase of lottery tickets or shares.
