CODE OF VIRGINIA

PENALTY FOR VIOLATION (§ 59.1-124)

Any person who violates this article shall be guilty of a Class 3 misdemeanor. A
person convicted of a second or subsequent offense under this article is guilty
of a Class 1 misdemeanor.
